背景介绍

Members of the F-box protein family, such as FBXO31, are characterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. SCF complexes, formed by SKP1 (MIM 601434), cullin (see CUL1; MIM 603134), and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases. F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F box, and they interact with ubiquitination targets through other protein interaction domains (Jin et al., 2004 [PubMed 15520277]). [supplied by OMIM]

Purified from mouse ascites fluids or tissue culture supernatant by affinity chromatography (protein A/G)

Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-FBXO31 monoclonal antibody.

HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-FBXO31 antibody (BD-PE4651), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FBXO31 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FBXO31. Positive lysates (100ug) and (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
