SOX17 is a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. It may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SOX17 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SOX17(Cat# BD-PE4507). Positive lysates (100ug) and (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
