背景介绍

Neurogenin-3 (NEUROG3) is expressed in endocrine progenitor cells and is required for endocrine cell development in the pancreas and intestine (Wang et al., 2006 [PubMed 16855267]). It belongs to a family of basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors involved in the determination of neural precursor cells in the neuroectoderm (Gradwohl et al., 2000 [PubMed 10677506]).[

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Human pancreas tissue within the normal limits using anti-NEUROG3 mouse monoclonal antibody (BD-PE4358) at 1:150 dilution at 1:150 dilution.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NEUROG3 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-NEUROG3. Positive lysates (100ug) and (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
