背景介绍

The product of this gene belongs to the actin-binding proteins ADF family. This family of proteins is responsible for enhancing the turnover rate of actin in vivo. This gene encodes the actin depolymerizing protein that severs actin filaments (F-actin) and binds to actin monomers (G-actin). Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-DSTN monoclonal antibody (HepG2: human; HeLa: human; SVT2: mouse; A549: human; COS7: monkey; Jurkat: human; MDCK: canine; PC12: rat; MCF7: human).

HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-DSTN antibody (BD-PE3171), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Anti-DSTN mouse monoclonal antibody (BD-PE3171) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY DSTN .

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY DSTN (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-DSTN. Positive lysates (100ug) and (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
