The nucleoside diphosphate (NDP) kinases (EC 2.7.4.6) are ubiquitous enzymes that catalyze transfer of gamma-phosphates, via a phosphohistidine intermediate, between nucleoside and dioxynucleoside tri- and diphosphates.The enzymes are products of the nm23 gene family, which includes NME4.

Anti-NME4 mouse monoclonal antibody (BD-PE2443) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY NME4 .

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NME4 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-NME4. Positive lysates (100ug) and (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
