背景介绍
The product encoded by this gene belongs to the heat shock protein 70 family which contains both heat-inducible and constitutively expressed members. The latter are called heat-shock cognate proteins. This gene encodes a heat-shock cognate protein. This protein plays a role in the control of cell proliferation. It may also act as a chaperone.

Anti-HSPA9 mouse monoclonal antibody (BD-PE2175) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY HSPA9 .

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY HSPA9 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-HSPA9. Positive lysates (100ug) and (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
