Western blot analysis of lysates from A549, HepG2, MCF-7, MDA-MB-468, rat PC-12, SK-BR-3 cell line and mouse brain tissue lysate(from left to right), using SERBP1 Antibody (Center)at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
