背景介绍

MFAP4 is a protein with similarity to a bovine microfibril-associated protein. The protein has binding specificities for both collagen and carbohydrate. It is thought to be an extracellular matrix protein which is involved in cell adhesion or intercellular interactions. The gene is located within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region.

Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Western blot analysis of lysate from human lung tissue lysate, using MFAP4 Antibody (C-term)at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.

MFAP4 Antibody (C-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lung carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
