Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded M. liver section using Mouse Csnk1g3 Antibody (C-term). BD-PB1249 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of NIH/3T3 cells using Mouse Csnk1g3 Antibody (C-term)(green) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). BD-PB1249 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Western blot analysis of lysates from mouse kidney and liver tissue lysate (from left to right), using Mouse Csnk1g3 Antibody (C-term). BD-PB1249 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
